Granted: Terms like mountains, fresh air sound old-fashioned, not to say totally antiquated or "uncool". But: Hiking has become "trendy" again, no matter whether in the classic technique or in the variant of Nordic Walking.


Walking is healthy

It has been proven that hiking gets the heart, circulation and metabolism going. It strengthens the body and increases endurance. Regular walking can, for example, significantly lower an elevated blood pressure.

Hiking is easy

In the basic technique, we have learned the form of movement already in early childhood.

Walking frees the head

We are flooded with stimuli in our lives. Therefore, it is not unusual for silence to make us uneasy. In the forest we experience silence. Get involved and free your head from tormenting thoughts. You will see that your senses will become much more receptive again.
